ENMITY
There was a time I saw heaps of broken rosaries in someone's house. The beads seemed deliberately broken — stored in a jar — as though some strange force that hated rosaries had snapped them.
In one of the prayer sessions in the parish where my husband and I were asked to help, our Jesuit friend had a black rope rosary. I too decided to get one as a spare, in case mine would break. I picked the turquoise one — a favorite color. But really, why should the color even matter when you are in the midst of a prayer assembly for someone's deliverance. I am foolish like this sometimes.

I thought it might be dainty and small — about the length of a medium rosary — but if the going gets tough, perhaps this one would never break. I say this with a lot of seriousness because I have witnessed first hand - once – when the devil was shaken - it did a theatrical thing to distract or strike fear - like the simultaneous breaking of our rosaries. It was not loud. There were no strange forces around. It was quiet, subtle, sinister, and dark. Surely, it was not a coincidence. And when it comes to Deliverance, there is always a reason why you are being asked to assist. Pray intensely, discern first. Know the rules, make sure it is under the guidance of the office of the archdiocesan ministry of deliverance and exorcism. The books of Fr. Syquia ( A.M.O.E. ) will help you understand the nature of spiritual warfare, an important facet of our Christian faith.

You can never fathom the depths of demonic hatred toward the creations of God. It also gives a glimpse of how much they hate, and fear Our Lady and the rosary. Praying the rosary daily is truly a weapon to protect our families.
If you still cannot bring yourself to pray the rosary — just try to pick a good one. Have it blessed. Keep it with you always. There will come a time when your heart will go to it.
There are seven knots in each bead of the rope rosary. These were crafted by the people in Bilibid.
I asked him —
"Father, what do the seven knots represent?"
"The Seven Virtues and the Seven Sacraments — against the Seven Capital Sins."
